About the Wing NCO Advisor

Technical Sergeant Ray Lukic is the Alaska Wing NCO Advisor to the Wing Commander and the command staff. In this capacity, TSgt Lukic also formulates plans, establishes policies and procedures in an effort to attract enlisted service members currently serving or have served in the military. TSgt Lukic entered the Civil Air Patrol in 2018 at the Polaris Composite Squadron, serving as a Cadet Programs Officer and Character Development Instructor. As an injured veteran, TSgt Lukic volunteers in order to continue his service to the nation and the United States Air Force.

TSgt Lukic has served in the US Air Force from 2002 to 2009 as a Battlefield Weather Forecaster, deploying with the US Army’s 4th Infantry Division to Iraq in 2005-2006. As a civilian, TSgt Lukic worked in the law enforcement career field since 2010. If there is any free time, TSgt Lukic enjoys studying military history and its culture. TSgt Lukic obtained his Private Pilot Single Engine/Land and sUAS licenses in 2018.
