(To create cadet registration pdf's, you can complete the forms at this jotform link (https://form.jotform.com/232565877863069), and a pdf version will be sent to you. You can then save the pdf or take a screen shot of both pages (in one photo) and upload it for registration. NOTE: Filling out this jotform does *not* register you for the conference. It is just a convenience provided for you to more easily create a pdf of your required forms)

Fri Night Lodging for Out-of-Town Cadets & their accompanying Senior Members: (Uniform in lodging: PT Gear) Cadets from outside Anchorage area can sleep on cots in Lake Hood Maintenance Hangar Fri and/or Saturday night as long your squadron provides at least 1 male & 1 female SM. You may coordinate with other squadrons for coverage of your cadets. Cadets must bring their own bedding. SMs are responsible for providing food for their cadets (either sack lunches, takeout food, or restaurants)

Sat 10/7/23 Sessions at UAA Aviation Technology Division (2811 Merrill Field Dr):
8am Checkin begins
9am-5pm sessions for cadets & SMs are planned. Cadet sessions/activities include Cadet Competition Brief, CP Technician-in-a-Day, Flight Training Pipeline, Encampment Prep, etc. Common area will include a USAFA table with alumni/admissions folks, STEM activities, and Eclipse Mission Info
Saturday Lunch (possibly small Subway sandwiches, apples, cheese sticks) may be provided for cadets and the out-of-town SMs chaperoning them in the lodging.

$35 for cadets. Uniform: Class A or Class B Blues per squadron specification
