Chief of Staff

Captain Jacob Baugh is the Chief of Staff, Alaska Wing, Civil Air Patrol. He is responsible for advising and assisting the Wing Commander in effectively executing all corporation objectives, policies, and operation directives while ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment through aggressive training, education and inspection within Alaska Wing.

Captain Baugh joined the Civil Air Patrol as a Cadet in 2012 with the Eielson Composite Squadron, Eielson AFB, AK. He is a graduate of the University of Alaska Fairbanks, with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and works as a Mechanical Engineer for the Missile Defense Agency at Fort Greely, AK. His major assignments with Civil Air Patrol include Deputy Director of Cadet Programs, Wing Social Media Coordinator, Squadron Deputy Commander, Squadron Deputy Commander for Cadets and as a Volunteer University Instructor.
