2023 Alaska Wing Conference

The Conference will be held at the UAA Aviation Technology Center on 7 October 2023.

The Banquet will be held at the Lakefront Hotel on 7 October 2023.

The conference will begin at 0800 at the UAA Aviation Technology Center,

2811 Merrill Field Drive, Anchorage AK 99501 (Click Here for conference map).

Seminars for Cadets and Seniors offered throughout the day till 1700

No cost to attend (Conference Schedule)

We are privileged this year to have Brig. Gen. Regena Aye, CAP National Vice Commander, as a guest.

Mess Dress, Semi-formal, Blazer Combination, or civilian equivalent

Cadets wear Dress Blues or civilian equivalent (Class A or Class B blues as specified by your squadron leadership)

Cost is $45 for senior members, adult guests, and $35 for cadets and guests under 18

Lodging is available at the Lakefront Hotel at a special rate. For the special rate, call the hotel at (907) 243-2300.

Tell them you are with Civil Air Patrol for the Conference. The special rate is ~$105/night vs $180-198/night for a basic room.

The deadline to reserve rooms at the CAP discount rate is 12 September 2023!
